Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a talented, full-time Virtual Assistant to join our Adminsitrative Team at The Hupman Real Estate Group. 

The Virtual Assistant is an individual who is well-organized and service minded. The Virtual Assistant provides administrative support to our top-producing team of professionals. 

Requirements
  • Must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum of 3MBPS speed and a back-up internet connection
  • Modern Laptop or Desktop Computer with Microsoft Office capabilities
  • Noise cancelling headset 
  • Webcam
  • Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal 
  • Honest, punctual and reliable
  • Organized and great attention to details 


Duties

  • General administrative support
    • Data Entry
    • Spreadsheet management
    • CRM management
    • Help with Real Estate Systems
