Words cannot express how truly grateful we are to have found such an amazing realtor. Jessica was amazing! From day one when I doubted the fact that our home could and would be sold due to previously being told it couldn’t be done and no one was interested, Jessica stepped up and showed out!
She is an amazing realtor very honest and trustworthy. We will forever be grateful to her for helping us sell our home in less than a month with multiple offers and over asking price May I add. Mandy is an exceptional realtor! I'm extremely happy with my home and the process to secure it. Mandy looked out for my interests from day one all the way through closing. This was my first home buying experience, and it definitely was amazing. My realtor Mandy Socie was truly amazing with the entire process. 5/5 stars for her experience and genuine care about how the process worked. She constantly stayed engaged. During the initial home searching on the weekends she would go to houses and do walkthroughs without us even asking for them. I will recommend her for anyone I know searching for a new home or to sell. Truly amazing and deserves to be top rated!

We worked with Rachel Daniels and she could not have been more helpful and kind. She came highly recommended and we can easily see why! In an aggressive market, Rachel was immediately on the scene of every house I sent her. We were remote buyers, so she made me feel totally confident in the buying process with her, even from afar. She was knowledgeable about the areas, and resale value which was very important to us. Best home buying experience yet! Sixth home, have never had a realtor like Kimber Fulton. She went above and beyond spending her entire weekend with us. Just having a weekend to buy a home is a lot of pressure. Kimber seemed like she did it every weekend.
Not only was she constantly available to us via phone, text and email. She actually went to the house to accept a delivery of a bed for us after we closed, when we couldn’t be there! What a doll!
I would recommend Kimber and the Hupman group to everyone!

Chandie was our realtor, and Anthony Allen was our sales contact. They were both so wonderful! I love the Hupman Group. They are all really nice and help you all the way with purchasing a property. Amy White was my realtor and she refused to just let me live just anywhere even though I had a small budget. We wound up finding a nice home in a decent area. She stuck with me and answered any questions I had. We are now going to purchases a bigger house the summer of 2022... and we refuse to go anywhere else but the Hupman group. We had the pleasure of working with Leigh Choate during our first time home-buying process! She assisted us in finding our dream home remotely and even in person. She was very prompt and personal. We enjoyed her as a person. She always recommended places to go in Richmond hill and even helped us when we had a delay in the process. 5/17/2017 - What set Chandie's group apart from the 4 other agents we interviewed when listing our home for sale was how organized and clear everything was. This was our first home sale and we had no idea what to expect, but Chandie came to talk with us and laid everything out in such an assuring way. We appreciated her down to earth demeanor. She talked about each person on her team and what their role would be, and she presented flow charts showing the steps ahead. She also mentioned some marketing strategies that were not presented to us by other agents.
