First, let me say thank you for deciding to purchase our home. I think you will be happy with your decision. It has been a good home for our family, and we have enjoyed living here. We have watched our two daughters grow up in this house, and I hope this house will provide you just as many precious memories as it has us.
The main reason we have decided to sell our house is that we have been here for almost 10 years, and we were ready for a change. Nothing more, nothing less.
We had this house custom built for us, so we have been with it since the footers were poured. There were many custom features we had installed in the house, that we have enjoyed. Below are some of them.
-The master suite is larger than your typical master bedroom (15'4" x 22'8" ). It is nice to be able to have all your bedroom furniture in the room, and not have to squeeze by it, or have the room look cluttered. The large master closet is great as well.
-We had the other two bedrooms enlarged as well. Both are larger than 12'6" by 12'6". So, you can actually have more than just a bed and dresser in the room, without it looking cluttered. The other two bedrooms are on opposite end of the house from each other as well.
-We had 5 foot added to the length and 2 foot added to the width of the garage. We are able to park two full size SUVs in the garage, store lawn equipment, 4 bicycles, and several storage racks, and still have room.
-The kitchen several upgrades that we have enjoyed as well. It has two ovens. This offers much convenience in every day cooking, or cooking large family meals. Also, the large walk-in pantry allows us to be able to store all of our foodstuff, and keep the cabinets clear for dishes and pots/pans.
-We have also enjoyed the fireplace in the winter on those cold days and nights.

The neighborhood is great as well. It is a one street neighborhood, so there is not much traffic that flows through it. The neighbors are friendly, and not all in your business. They are willing to help out if needed. Another great thing about the neighborhood is its location. You are 15 minutes from Pooler, 20 minutes from downtown, 15 minutes from the mall, 30 minutes from Fort Stewart. The botanical gardens are within walking distance of the neighborhood. A public boat ramp, public fishing pier, and playground are less than 5 minutes away. So, you are really never too far from food or entertainment.
